• Marketplace Listing & Management
• Inventory & Pricing Management
• Pick, Pack & Fulfilment Services
• Returns Handling
• Regulatory Compliance Support

By using this website, you agree that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Will provide accurate business or personal information
• Will not use the website for unlawful activities
• Will not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Will not reproduce or copy website content without written consent

Nova Trading provides operational support for listing and selling products across major third-party eCommerce platforms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

Nova Trading may operate through its active seller accounts on these platforms for onboarding partner brands.

Brands or business partners engaging Nova Trading services agree to:

• Provide accurate product information
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory standards
• Submit required certifications and documentation
• Ensure authenticity and safety of supplied products
• Maintain sufficient inventory levels

All content on this website including the following is the intellectual property of Nova Trading unless otherwise stated:

• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Images
• Service Descriptions
• Business Models

Commercial terms for the following shall be governed by separate Service Agreements signed between Nova Trading and the Partner Brand:

• Storage
• Fulfilment
• Account Usage
• Importer of Record (IOR)
• Marketing Campaigns

Nova Trading provides listing and operational support through third-party eCommerce marketplaces. We are not responsible for:

• Platform algorithm changes
• Marketplace fees
• Account suspensions
• Delivery delays by logistics partners
• Customer disputes handled by marketplace

Each platform's own policies will apply in addition to Nova Trading's service agreement.

Nova Trading shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business
• Product regulatory rejection
• Customs clearance delays
• Marketplace listing suspension

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

We reserve the right to suspend access to our services, terminate partnerships, or remove listings if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• Required documentation is not submitted
• Regulatory non-compliance is identified
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, KSA.

Nova Trading reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
